The ambassador from USA and the ambassador from China met in a Chinese cafe.

The ambassador from USA began, "We are willing to establish trade and are not concerned with your human rights issues."

His phone rang. He answered it and got scolded by Obama. He replaced the phone and said, "I mean, we are very concerned with your human rights issues."

The Chinese ambassador replied in a Hong-Kong accent: "Don't worry, you see our report on Olympic games? Protesters were treated kindly, no need worry one!"

"But this report from our State department says that the protesters were maltreated according to international human right laws!" the US ambassador protested.

"I say, you no need worry. You don't interfere our affair, we don't interfere your affair!" the Chinese ambassador said in a menacing tone.

"I don't care. We are the world superpower, we must take care of all the people in the world, whether or not they ask for it!" the US ambassador insisted.

"I say you no interfere, you 'Hokkien swear words' !"

"I say I must interfere, you 'English swear words' !"

They continued on until a terrorist came in, said "Allahu akbar!" and blew everyone up.

However, in recognition, the Singapore government says that we must learn two languages "in order to retain cultural diversity while retaining connections to the western world". In other words, so that we can swear in two languages and insult everyone in their preferred language.

Might as well TRY to stimulate SOME interest in the blog. Thus, I'm willing to sacrifice my dignity to save the blog! Yadda yadda yadda...

Anyway, like I discussed, I'll post something interesting about me, in a similar way to those accursed Facebook notes going around.

Here we go:
1. It's a bit of an open secret, but I really want to emigrate, preferably to Cambridge or Perth. Sydney's a bit too hot now.

2. I write stories. This could be an idea: You send me ideas and I write short stories and put them here! But no, I'm not going to put my long stories here, I post them under a pseudonym elsewhere.

3. I think this is a waste of time. No one ever reads this anyway. Go on, prove me wrong.

Seriously, you all can take your turn. I don't care if it's crap. It'll be interesting crap. And it keeps the blog alive.
