1. We can only check in at 4pm and must check out by 12pm on the last day.
2. We will try to book a bbq pit if needed.
3. WE NEED BBQ CATERING (raw food and stuff) SO RECOMMEND! :D
4. Most likely we'll be meeting sometime earlier to buy all the snacks and extra stuff. Tentatively the meeting time is at 2pm
